ANGLIAN EXCELS IN DESIGN TEST
When Norwich University of the Arts needed a temporary public staircase for its open day, they chose the scaffolding division of Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd to supply the perfect solution.
Working once more with UKSSH, Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd specified and installed a Haki public access staircase which delivered a fully compliant solution that – some would argue - was a work of art in itself.
Featuring solid treads, the staircase didn’t just deliver a practical answer to the need to provide access between the ground floor and first floor balcony, for while safety and compliance are always primary considerations, the staircase looked good too.
With fewer components compared to other systems, the scaffold design had minimal visual impact on the stylish Victorian hall – something, we are sure, was appreciated by budding students of art and design.
